Hanny’s is a bar/restaurant downtown resurrected from the 1940’s department store baring the same name. Phoenix has some great architecture and it’s nice to see a building like this brought back to its original luster.
We then had a few drinks and got silly with the camera.

We decided to have a quiet Valentine’s dinner at home this year. Cooking a fresh, simple meal is sometimes so rewarding.
Splitting a good bottle of beer with dinner is a nice change from wine.
Sam the cooking guy has never steered us wrong.

Sadly, this recent onslaught of work has prevented me from regularly updating my blog. I’m still here though, taking photos and posting to Flickr when I can.
I guess in this economy, you have to appreciate the work you have.
